Baked Shrimp stuffed with Crab Spinach Artichoke Dip

 Always wanted to try this dish.. So I bought 4 giant shrimp to stuff, go golly they are huge...I would recommend extra large shrimp.  Hopefully your shrimp have been deviened if not you will need to take the poop out  hahaha.  Next butterfly the shrimp and set aside.   In small mixing bowl combine 1 egg, 1 tablespoon mayo, 3 dashes Worcester sauce, half spoon of Dijon mustard, half pinch salt, generous punch of pepper, 4 shakes Old Bay Season, 1/3 cup of frozen Spinach thawed and drained.  1/ 2 cup of shredded cheese..I used Apline blend..Swiss and Gruyere, 2 tablespoons plain bread crumbs.  Fold in 8 ounce crab meat.  Butter baking dish.  Stuff shrimp with Crab mixture  place in buttered baking dish with tail up see picture.   Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.   I had a bit of Crab leftover so I buttered s small baking dish and sprinkled with cheese.
