Baked Eggs in a Spinach & Onion Cream Sauce topped with Prosciutto and Parmesan


Saw several recipes online for baked eggs for baked eggs but nothing I saw made me  want to make the recipes.  So I decided to come up with one on my own.  This recipe is super simple to make it look like you spent tons of time in the kitchen.   Another bonus is it tastes awesome.  Really hope you try and let me know what you think.



So we'll start with ingredients,

 I love onion so I probably used a quarter cup of chopped onion you can tweak it to whatever you like.

 Next is chop spinach  I  used about a 1/2 a cup.

 One slice of prosciutto chopped you can substitute bacon for this part I would probably cook up 4 pieces of bacon for 2 servings. 

4 tablespoons of heavy cream

 Two eggs

 Pepper do not add salt there is tons of salt in your bacon and tons of salt in your prosciutto of as well as your parmesan cheese

 2 pinches of  Shredded parmesan cheese.

 Let's put it all together.

 Is heat your oil in a small fry Pan add add onion cook until just tender just tender. Toss in your chop spinach cook until just wilted. 



Spray a remiken with Pam cooking spray add onion and cook spinach.  

 


 Add 4 tablespoons of heavy cream slightly mixed together and add your 2 eggs.  Top with your chop prosciutto and add pepper


  Bake in a preheated 425゚ oven for approximately 8 minutes.  If you like your eggs more firm from cook about 10 minutes.

Final set pull out of oven turn it off add your parmesan cheese until melted.
