Sweet & Hot Refrigerator Pickles

 



A very simple recipe less than 10 minutes to whip together.   You'll need one medium sweet onion sliced thin, One English cucumber peeled and sliced.  1/4 cup rice wine vinegar with garlic.  2 shakes of dried hot peppers. 2 dashes of sesame oil maybe 3.  One quick - of onion powder, salt, pepper and 1 quick squeeze of Stevia.

Combine the vinegar, oil and spices in small bowl.



Layer onions and cucumbers in container. 


Pour vinegar mixture over onions & cucumbers.  Secure lid and flip over couple times. Place in fridge.  Ready in as little as a hour but tastes even better tomorrow.  Serve with burgers, steak or pork chops.
