Easiest Creme Burlee....


 There are 5 ingredients to make the incredible dessert.   2 cups whipping cream, 1 vanilla bean sliced in half and beans scrapped out.  5 egg yokes and 1/2 cup sugar.  You will need extra for bruleeing..😁


Pour whipping cream in a small sauce pan add vanilla bean and warm on low heat.  Do NOT boil.


 Whisk yokes in small bowl,  add sugar and continue to whisk for a minute..



When cream and vanilla are warm..dip your finger in cream if it feels warm. Take off burner and rest for 5 mintues. 

Now the fun part...tempering the yokes and sugar.   We don't want cooked yokes.   Your going to pour about 1/4 cup or so into the yokes and sugar whisk until blended.  Pout the rest of cream without the vanilla beans hull and whisk to combine.


Pour into 4 ramekins that are placed in a baking pan.  Before placing in oven Pour hot water in pan to about 1/2 way up rammikins and put in heated 350 degree oven foe 40 minutes. 

Let cool on wire until room temperature then in fridge for 4 hours...



After fridge remove sprinkle top with thin layer of sugar use kitchen torch to brulee...or make a sugar crust..I will post pictures tomorrow.
