Roasted Broccoli my New Favorite

 Super easy... 2 broccoli crowns chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil  Pinch of salt  Pinch of My special mix...for 1/2 bottle...3 tablespoons powder garlic,   2 tablespoons powder onion,  4 tablespoons Herbs DE Provence, 2 pinches sea salt,   2 pinches pepper.   Mix all brocc, oliveoil,  salt, 1 or 2 pinches of my special mix in bowl and toss... Pour into a oven proof skillet.  Roast st 350 for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.

Summer Corn and Tomato Shrimp Scampi accented with Shredded Basil and Lemon Zest

 let's gather the ingredients..... 10 cloves of garlic peeled  1 pound of peeled deveined shrimp  1 lemon zested and squeezed  1/4 cup White Wine  2 ears of fresh corn 🌽  cut from the ears 1 pint of grape or cherry tomatoes sliced in half 3 tablespoons of olive oil  5 tablespoons butter 5 or more to taste basil rolled and sliced Salt and pepper  Mix 2 tablespoons Olive oil with 2 cloves minced garlic.  Set aside no more than 1 hour.   In med size fry pan add tablespoons olive oil and 1 clove of sliced garlic.   Toss in tomatoes and corn.  Sauté for 4 minutes.  Remove to boil keep warm.   Add butter and rest of sliced garlic and toss in shrimp. Cook 2 minutes per side on high  Add lemon juice and 1/4 cup White Wine.  Stir add corn tomato mixture stir again.  Sprinkle with Basil and Lemon Zest. Serve over pasta or enjoy with crispy bread.
